Chicken Express - Sulphur Springs

When you have an open time of 10:30 you would think you would open at 10:30, I may be over reacting but this pregnant woman wanted some food at 10:30….when you open. Went to walk in door was locked and the people inside knew I was standing out in the rain

I love chicken express but this location was horrible, it took about 25 minutes of sitting at the window to finally get our food. When we got our food, our rolls were completely smushed, neither the fries or chicken were fresh, and there were several eyelash hairs at the bottom of our chicken box. Absolutely disgusting, will never come back.

My husband ordered cold slaw two different days and it smelled sour. It had a yellow color to it. Didn't smell fresh at all ? The rolls are never hot there always cold.

Our order was so Fresh and hot! We waited for hot rolls and got extra!!! Thank you for serving fresh hot food and ROLLS!

I got 4 two piece snack packs, no drinks. They charged me $38.06.The menu said $4.79 a pack, do the employees split the over charge.
