Buonvento - SULMONA

We were looking for a taste of Italy's history and tradition, and this was perfect. This spot takes you back with its historical setting, great food, and excellent service. The prices are also very reasonable we loved it.

The food was very good, we ended up ordering a second pasta to share. Nice portions, not too big,not to small. The restaurant plated our shared plates separately. Which was a nice touch. The service was impared by too many servers, each thinking the other was handling our request/order. No English menu option. Half L of red was very good.

Books Wine is the true logo of this typical and beautiful local located in the center of Sulmona. Friendly, friendly and professional staff. Very good cheese meatballs that have offered us, exceptional and good quality hand cut roasts. Very tasty also the vegetables of contour in particular way the scarola with raisins and pine nuts. The only criticism is the cleaning of the bathroom that should be more accurate. Right prices and average of the area.
