Contribuiți la feedbackI order from here frequently. (Whenever my husband gets a craving; 2-3 times a month)They NEVER get my order right. It is 100% of the time incorrect. It's rarely toasted even though I always ask for toasted. It NEVER (literally have never gotten this right) has the correct type of cheese. And several times they have thrown banana peppers on it. For fun? ??
I show a coupon and Spanish clerk told me I had to show it before I order anything. Also, he charge me extra 50 cents for extra cheese but don't have any extra cheese on my sandwich. Basically the coupon isn't honor there or they will charge you extra to make up for lose. Plus, the clerk didn't have to talk down to me like I was little kid. I'm old enough to know to go somewhere for business going forward.
This location does not honor Subways coupons. They ask if you have a coupon then tell you that you cannot order anything off the new menu. The coupon flyer shows the new menu. Since this store is a franchise it may be that the owner has decided that they don't want to accept Subway coupons anymore. I will try a different location or a different sandwich shop.I had a Get Two Footlongs for $12.99.I requested 2 footlong Subway Clubs.I was told I could not order those but would have to choose from a few less expensive meats.To be fair as I rarely give 1 star reviews the coupons fine print states redeemable at participating restaurants.Apparently this location is not one of those.
We were group of 5 for chicken teriyaki there on Saturday. We order 3 foot long. While we asked if they have any sauce, the employee named TULASI was too MEAN. Soo rude. She needs to get FIRED. She needs to learn to be polite to the customer. Go school and learn something. This is America everyone deserves respect here.
Fast. There's always a 2 minute wait time as they serve the customer before us. Busy place. They're not that generous with their sauces. They might run out bread choices towards the end of the night.
