5 stars would include more games for younger children and better price choices. We spent a lot of money on chips and couldn't even get candy for the kids.

Rude Service and they don't know how to make drinks. Very rude and unfriendly bartenders w settings. Bartender just went back and forth and ignored me for 20 minutes and took another person's order that went before me. I asked another worker to drink my drink because it wasn't good. The manager came and said someone would take the drink back. No one. When I asked the lady if she would make it again, she gave me an evil attitude and said the manager would suspect it to remake, I told her no! Don't come back.

Dave and Buster in Carolina Place Mall! Can't believe I spent all day with the kids here, drink and play. My children haven't escaped since Covid and that's a big stress relief. Food was great, forget to take photos before we eat?, service was exceptional!

So strange enough, I give a 5-star rating on a glitter. Because it was handled. Sarah the A-gm is really a get it done, customer service oriented, great service grade A management! We might go here once a month on half off Wednesday games and we had a free Burger show that we earned from spent tokens on the reward program, but it was?t on top of it. She didn't even hesitate. She's got us up. Games are fun, even if they malfunctions we keep back. We never have a bad time here. Much better than the Concord location!

Dave and Busters Pineville location? the absolute best management and service! I took almost 200 high school students for Senior week. Jim the manager was more than accommodating. He went above and beyond our expectations. The staff was kind, welcoming, and truly on top of everything! This is a trip I hope to do for years to come for our Seniors.
