Cinnabon - Suite C Montrose

A friend and I were craving Cinnabon, and this spot definitely helped with what we needed! Staff was pretty chill in prepping whatever we wanted. It's pretty small and you may walk past by it. Cinnabon never disappoints with their cinnamon rolls! What surprised me was their cinnamon roll bites, which was basically a cookie with a mini cinnamon roll inside it! I know, sounds too much, but coming from someone who's favorite dessert are cookies, I'd say these specialty items were tasty!

I went there the other day to buy a 15 pack of MiniBuns. The associate then said that they ran out of 15 packs for the day. Mind you, it was around 5:30pm and they closed at 8pm that day. And to add to the horrible experience, they had 4 trays fresh from the oven of the selection I originally wanted. Not sure why they weren't accommodating to my request or they were just being lazy about it. I strongly don't recommend coming here if you want to buy by the pack.

Best location for fresh Cinnabon!! The manager Rico runs his location with always fresh baked rolls, smothered with icing, staff that are polite professional.Kiki Luo assisted us with our recent purchase. I've always loved Cinnabon, worked for Cinnabon as my part time job in high school when it first opened at the Bevery Center location. It was the best!

I drove all the way from north Hollywood with traffic to find out after I also waited in line and ordered that they do not accept cash. They didn't even have a sign. Piece of paper. No warning. No apology . Such a waste of time
