Starbucks - Sugar Land

I always order through the app and have never had any issues picking up. Drive thru does take a while but when it's long, I just get off to pick up my order. The people who work the morning shift are full of energy and are excited to help customers!

I order through the app in the mornings, and I have never had any issues. The ladies in the morning are kind, upbeat, and energetic. They truly make me enjoy getting my coffee in the morning!

They have the worst customer service of all the area Starbucks! Drinks are half full even when you ask for no foam. When you ask them to correct your order, they get a terrible attitude. I hope they improve…they need to!

I would give zero star if they had, I order here so many times it always come full cup, but today it only gives me half cup and the staff told me that’s how it come, after I ask for it they add some ice on it but still is about 3/4 cup. Also the staff have terrible service!!
