Rustika Cafe And Bakery: Sugar Land

Very disappointed. I ordered a macchiato and a meat empanada. I asked them to heat it to get the chill off and it was cold and the coffee was not made properly. I was majorly disappointed and they didn't have hardly anything in the cases, mostly empanadas.

Terrible tasting coffee products. Yesterday tasted like dishwater. Today had way too much sugar.Coconut macaroon was obviously left over from yesterday. Hard as a rock. Not very tasty.Will patronize other coffee shops. Two tries is too many.

Just okay as far as baked goods go. Cookies are average and cake prices are . Empanadas were pretty good!

I love this place and the ladies there!! These are just a few of the cakes Iv gotten and I keep coming back! Never disappointed!

Abysmal service. They took my order incorrectly. The product was incorrect. When I told them this and asked for even a partial reimbursement they denied me unless I returned the cakes. They made the mistake and they made it my fault. It just proves that even the franchises of Rustika café and bakery have gone down the drain. I wish all of these franchises would just close once and for all. I’m done trying to give them a second chance. Stop going to this place immediately unless you want bad service, terrible customer support, and to go bankrupt paying for trash.
