Contribuiți la feedbackFantastic spot for Mediterranean (Lebanese) food!! I've never bothered with their burgers, sandwiches, or platters. Why would you when the Mediterranean dishes are so wonderful!! Everything from the Tabouleh to the Kofta platters are excellent. I really enjoy the Falafel Plate, crispy on the outside and soft in the center. I just wish they had a mixed appetizer platter with all the selections, I'd have it for a meal. Very friendly owners and staff.
Closed Saturdays and Sundays sign is not updated. Went there to eat dinner, door was unlocked, nobody inside manning the counter, had to go around the corner searching for service... and found two guys chatting told us they were closed. Told them to fix their sign (and maybe lock their door after hours? . No big deal Right? Well I had my mom in her wheelchair so yeah thanks, not coming back. #happymothersdayweekend #poorpeopleskills
I noticed Red Oak Grill on my way to a meeting one day and decided to stop. I was greeted upon entering and felt very welcomed. The lady at the register was very kind and patient. She answered all of the questions that I had, because I had several. I ended up ordering a veggie wrap, which was so good. It was very evident that the vegetables were fresh and the wrap was very hot. I was curious to know if discounts were offered to school district employees and they are not. But since I asked, I was offered 1 dollar off of my purchase. It never hurts to ask and I was happy that I did! I will definitely return here to try more of their food choices. Pretty healthy and very reasonable choices.
I have ate here before a few times, and I've always felt the food was ok, nothing outstanding but filling and decent. It's not the first thing I think of for lunch, but it's something along the middle of the list. I always get the chicken kabob here, and they would let me substitute the salad with the hummus, so that is nice. The tzatziki sauce that comes with the chicken kabob makes the kabob tasty tasty! For about $13-$14, the chicken kabob plate (with hummus) makes for a good lunch meal but somewhat pricey. It's a nice, spacious restaurant that has two sides so if you don't like one section, there is the other section. It's never hard to find a seat whenever I was there. The only complaint is that one time I came before, and the chicken kabobs were really burnt and hard to chew. That time was on a weekend with two or three customers early morning. Anyhow, despite that, I would definitely come back sometime in the future again for lunch.
I love a good mediterranean restaurant. I thought Red Oak Grill was fine not fantastic. I ordered the vegetarian platter and lentil soup, the host said wow you're hungry SHADE! . I WAS hungry: Their hummus tasted very fresh and I'm a fan. The spinach pie was a lil cold and dry with no cheese. They spinach filling was flavor packed but doesn't a spinach pie normally have feta? I would come back again if I needed a quick lunch but I thought it was a bit pricey for just veggies $20 .
