Service is great, server took the time to clear my order. Tea was consistently good the several times, not too sweet and quite smooth. Have not yet tried the fruit smoothings. They're super close and I definitely recommend them.

The best Boba you can find outside Chinatown. The owner is very nice and is usually there itself. We all who enjoy this place, for what it offers and its proximity, must support it to ensure its survival, how many, many, companies have failed in this place, in the last 19 years. Keep the good work and thank New Territory for everything you have to offer. As for their prices, they can be a bit higher than what you would pay in Chinatown. However, it is worth considering the money you save in gas and toll, not to mention the time you save.

I am very impressed by this institute. Since there is no competition in the area next to the neighboring Starbucks, this place is very good. Friendly staff and very good drinks. I strongly recommend this place. I recommend that you go around the morning or after 5:30, as the place is flooded with middle pupils after school

Some of the best smoothies I've ever had. Ingredients are very fresh, service was friendly, place is clean, and they also have food. Can't wait to try the Mi train on my next visit.

I take everyone's order at work, call it in and then somebody goes pick it up. They get it right Everytime. I've tried different flavors, the only one I can't handle is Durian... And they did warn me it's an acquired taste. I had to be adventurous! Everything else is wonderful. Never a disappointment
