Jambone's Grill Pub - Sugar Land

I had a fantastic experience with my family at this restaurant. The staff was very friendly, and the food was both delicious and fresh. The chicken was well-seasoned, and the vegetables were fresh too. The shawarma and gyro are must-tries! I have nothing but positive things to say about this place, and it’s definitely kid-friendly. I’ll be going back for sure!

I'm not very familiar with Middle Eastern cuisine, so I can't comment on the authenticity of the menu. However, I found the Shawarma and Rice Plate to be absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly, and my kids enjoyed watching the hockey practice while we ate. I only rated it 4 stars because the bathroom was in poor condition and there was no toilet paper.

Unbalance Café at the skating rink is the last place you'd expect to find good food. We tried the chicken shawarma and the pita bag, and both were quite similar with their toppings of diced chicken. The toppings were fresh and crisp. The seasoning on the chicken was excellent but could use a bit more kick. Some pieces were dry, but the tzatziki sauce helped to enhance the flavor. The portion sizes were perfect, and the staff was very polite and attentive. I wouldn’t recommend dining in, especially during skating events—it can get quite chaotic. It’s better suited for a quick snack, takeout, or sitting outside with a group. Management has made good use of the space, but the seating could be improved. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend giving it a try if you're in the Sugar Land area.

AMAZING! The owners are super sweet. We wanted to pick up the family and forget to give us our drinks. So we originally called after a refund. But the owner offered to deliver it to the house! Within 15 minutes one of the workers fell out of the drink and he also gave 2 free drinks an apology note! 100% would eat here again.

I just want to say what a hidden GEM HK is such a wonderful place and the family that runs it are the most kindhearted amazing people. The food is out of this world. We had a special event held for more than 60 people and let me tell you there’s wasn’t one guest who didn’t go out of there way to say how delicious everything tasted. There catering is phenomenal and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.
