The food and drinks were excellent. The server was fantastic, and it's a great spot for watching sports. There’s a TV visible from every seating area.

From the moment we were seated, Bree was a warm, welcoming and attentive server. Food and drinks were served promptly and everything was tasty, as always. The manager checked on us, as he does every time I’m there. THIS is how you run a business!

The ambiance inside is really nice, and they have a fantastic drink menu. However, the food was underwhelming and quite pricey for the portion sizes. For instance, I paid $17 for chicken wings without any sides. I would definitely return for the drinks, but I wouldn't come back for a meal.

I made a reservation in advance to meet a friend with a special request for a couch by the fire. However, when we arrived, all the couches were taken. I spoke to the hostess, who acknowledged my request but mentioned that a server had seated someone else in the available couch while she was briefly away. A "RESERVED" sign would have been helpful in this situation. As a result, we ended up sitting in a booth. While our server was very friendly, it took about 15-20 minutes for us to be greeted, and we were only checked on once during our visit. This experience was not reflective of the high standards we've come to expect from Brickhouse in the past.
