La Perla Del Ulua Latin Flavor

This restaurant had me wishing I had trusted the prior reviews about the unfriendly service and lack of posted prices. Nor do they give itemized reciepts. ?The food was very flavorful and delicious, but it was definitely overshadowed by the cold and unfriendly service. We ordered a caldo de res, 4 pupusas mixtas, one water, and one horchata. They never brought the horchata to our table.When it was time to pay, I asked them to remove the horchata because they never served it and I was met with a blank face and no response. Not even a sorry about that. Then after that, they still asked how much we wanted to leave as a tip on our card... It definitely felt like they just wanted us to pay and be on our way out. It felt very awkward leaving the restaurant and we felt our total of $31.72 was off for 2 people, again because of no posted prices and no itemized receipt.

Oh my!!!! Authentic and delicious food. Beans taste just like the ones from Honduras!!!

Too expensive, very small, the waitress wasn't very friendly, but the owner of the place was very nice.. It think the hostess and waitresses are the face of the business they should be better a costumer service, my waitress looked mad and never smile, everytime I asked her a question she mumble back to me, but maybe she just had a bad day? now, the food was delicious, just a little be too salty for me I think people should have an option, not everyone likes salty food, their menu in all over the wall no prices and I didn't appreciate that when I asked for my bill they brought me a hand written piece of paper with only the total at the end, I have no idea what my dishes prices were. 3 kids and two adults my bill came 84 dollars tip included. think if they actually make a menu with prices and use todays technology to pay for our bill and train the people to be better a costumer service this palace will be very successful! This is just my honest opinion..wish the owner the best luck ? people actually order their food base on their budget, won't come back untill that changes

If you have not eaten here, you are wasting time! THEIR FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!! Portions are a good size, service is great and the flavor...OMG!
