Honey+harvey Melton - Suffolk Coastal

Very disappointing purchase to take away from Melton Honey Harvey, sent below email and photos on 20/10/23 and to date have had no reply: Hello I stopped yesterday purchased two cappuccino’s 2 cheese scones 2 pain a raisin to take away. Only to find the cheese scones to be inedible, the coffee was cold we only received I pastry So we were very disappointed This is not what we have come to expect from H H ! I visit regularly every 2 3 weeks. It 's a lovely environment and there 's always plenty of space (never had a problem getting a table, ever! . There 's always a great selection of cakes, sausage rolls, etc you can also order from their menu. The people taking the order at the front are always polite, helpful and efficient (never had a bad person yet! . The food is always delivered super quickly (unlike some places that can take an age! , and is always of super quality. I have tried other Honey Harvey 's such as the nearby Woodbridge one, and they are nowhere near as efficient. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it.

Called in for a coffee and cake, The cappuccino was a terrible Watery mess and the flat white was no better we wll not return. [Should have asked for a refund but didn't want to embarrass my friend]

Queued for 10 minutes, ordered a coffee, then they refused my money. They only take card payments, so I wasn’t allowed my coffee after all. Strange they have a charity jar at the till for cash though. Retraced my steps from the rear entrance of the cafe and I didn’t see any signs saying they won’t accept cash.

Good quality food and coffee. Slightly overpriced but I’m guessing that’s the going price today.
