Golden Fish - Suffolk Coastal

Had lunchtime fish and chips special. Was given mayo, tomato sauce, salt and vinegar with the food. Chips crispy (like that) but some too hard to eat. Unfortunately frozen batered fish deep fried which made the Batter very oily and fish mushy. Was not too goid a meal.

We moved to Fram a year ago and have been looking for a good Chinese takeaway. Golden fish bar didn’t sound like it would be a good Chinese but have to say we really enjoyed it, best we’ve tried in the area. Reasonably priced and lovely staff. Our regular from now on!

Just had fish and chips takeaway and it was 10/10. We have done the long stand in the Aldburgh queues but this, for me had the edge. If you are a fussy, picky, chip aficionado, then this place cooks them to perfection. The batter was thin, crisp and scrummy. Not going anywhere else for F/C takeaway.Thank you.

Fantastic selection of Gluten-free food! The staff were very knowledgeable about their food and how to adjust it for intolerance’s and allergies. Very reassuring. The food was also delicious and suitable for the whole family
