Costa Coffee - Suffolk Coastal

I spent nearly £5 on a hot chocolate from the holiday drink selection and received only 4 sips. My nephew got a baby chino and after eating the cream, I checked the amount by transferring it to his cup, only to find it was less. The hot chocolate was tasty, but definitely not worth the high price. I should have requested a remake, but customers shouldn't have to deal with this kind of portioning in the first place.

I stopped in for a coffee and a snack. The staff was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, which made the experience delightful. The food and coffee were delicious. This place is worth visiting just for the exceptional service!

I am writing this review because the staff at Sax Costa have exceeded my expectations twice recently. This is a very friendly place to have a drink or snack. It is the best place in town! Thank you to the staff at Sax Costa, you are the best!

The service is incredibly slow. I mean really really really slow. Totally unnecessary. Two 'baristas ' to make each drink while tales go uncleared and unclean. Neither of these baristas were trainees. Just gossiping and not concentrating while long queues build up. They were not just slow today. They are slow every time I go there. I 've been dropping into various Costs for years but the service at this, my local outlet, is awful.

We go into costa saxmundon nearly everyday but for the last 2 months it's become a joke in there.you queue for 20 minutes whilst staff stand and chat in office.today we finally had enough and walked out it was empty when we went in no staff around but we guessed they were chatting in office or on there mobil phones which is the usuall thing .finally we left leaving a queue of people still waiting.god knows how that costa makes a profit.
