Subway - Suffolk

This is definitely the worst Subway I've ever been to. My daughter works at Subway, so I'm familiar with their standards, and this location is falling short. The garlic bread was under-roasted, which raises health concerns. They didn't have any lids for the small cups, the chip rack was nearly empty, and my cookies were raw. I'm really frustrated by this experience.

The staff is attentive and generous when you request extras. Overall, it's a great spot for a good sub.

I ordered a meatball sub for my son and found a fingernail in it! I will not be returning to this restaurant. The staff showed no remorse or regret and didn't even apologize. Although I did receive a refund, it was still absolutely disgusting!
