Mcdonald's - Suffolk

This is actually my very favorite McDonalds in Hampton Roads.. its clean the fries are always fresh and the folks that work there actually act like they enjoy their jobs.. I try to let them know how much I appreciate them every time we go there...

The staff and service today was amazing!!! They were all young and polite. It was a great experience and my order was not easy, but it was perfect. Why I mentioned they were young was because usually at fast food places the staff is older and rude. So to have all young people take my order and give me my food with that level of professionalism was impressive. We’ve been to other places in this area and by far this was the best experience. Praise the young black youth for stepping up after Covid and coming to work to work. These young people will definitely go far. Thank you for your service.

For some reason they are always slow. The food is pretty good and the service is pretty good but they are slow. It's quicker to go in than to go through the drive through. They have two drive through lanes but I'm guessing because of staff shortage they mainly use one. They're still my go to for a quick snack though.

Drive thru only was open, but fast. Sure has changed since I was young, but grand daughter loves nuggets. And fish sandwich is my favorite, but how much smaller can it get!
