We ordered and we didn't get chicken on salad and no ranch even though we paid

Today was our first time patronizing and don't think we will be back. Our waitress was awful. We would ask her for something and she would completely forget about us. First we asked for a straw that she forgot to bring back and we had to ask a random waitress to please get us one. Then my husband and son asked for a refill and she completely forgot about it. Then we brought it up she had the nerve to get a attitude and say well I have a lot of tables. Huh? All she had to do was apologize for forgetting and go get it but nope. Tried to make us feel bad for letting her know she forgot. Morgan I really hope you see this and understand that your tip is based off of service and that's why yours was very low. We are great tippers and understand servers make most of their money from tips. But please understand customers shouldn't be treated like a burden.

Great food and the service was fast. Our server was polite and efficient. It's our go to place when we want to watch any big sporting eventKid-friendliness: My kids are older now but I did notice a kids menu and it had a number of selections.

Ordered via Doordash. First time try and glad we did! Everything was absolutely mouthwatering and seasoned to perfection! We got the steak and ribs combo, and that's definitely a go to. Decent size proportions, packaged with care for delivery, and no complaints on anything. If you guys have not checked them out, you should its definitely worth it. Good job guys!
