Ihop - Suffolk

The burrito was dried out and didnt come with the sauce like it said. The omelette didnt come with everything ordered cheesecake pancakes and no strawberries.

Been twice and both times were horrible. Went this morning and they sat us. Took our drink order. 10 mins later took our food order and then ten minutes later we still didn't have our drinks. After twenty minutes no drinks at all. Just got up and walked out. Never again. Horrible service. Suffolk may not have many breakfast places to begin with but this restaurant is the worst of the worst.

Rough. Where to start. Just read the other 1 star reviews. Go to the one in greenbrier. We were here for an hour and a half and we did not get hot chocolate (they were out). I did not get my side of mayo (not sure why). we did not get pur pancake sundae (they were out). my strawberry lemonade leaked all over the table and made a huge mess because it was all over the side of the cup. We did not get our cinnamon pancakes (the manager/cook forgot to make them before the birthday boy and I finished our food) so now I have to go to another place to eat after spending 40$ on half of the things we ordered. I am not surprised at all that there was only one other table filled at 5pm on a Friday if this is the expectation. Very sad.

The eggs were under cooked, the waitress brought extra hashbrown and charged me. Plus she never came back to fill our drinks. She was up front talking with another waitress instead of bringing our drinks. The table was dirty and when I asked for a rag to wash the table off, she didn't bring one so I got up and asked someone else and they gave me a towel. They ran out of breakfast bowls. her name is Taylor R. Ihop is going down hill.

My daughter's boyfriend took my daughter and me for breakfast. Our waitress, Kim, was polite, friendly and efficient. I had gravy biscuits, my daughter had the crepe combo and her boyfriend had the breakfast sampler. The food was cooked to perfection and came quickly! So why not 5 stars; because I came home with bedbug bites on my side. I don't have bedbugs and neither does my daughter. I did notice the booth where I was sat has torn upholstery. I know this is where the bites occurred. IHOP you're wasting a valuable crew with shoddy furnishings.
