Stayed here for a night with my wife, the room was lacking. Fridge didn't keep anything cool, shower head was broken, under the bed was dirty.When we checked in the woman at the counter told us breakfast was included from 7-11. The next morning when we went to breakfast, we started to load our plates at the buffet and halfway through a woman yells at us from across the resturant and asked if we had a voucher or if we had paid.I said no, it was included in our room?She stormed off to the front desk and returned, again, embarrassing us with a loud yell infront of other guests for the mistake they had made. The breakfast was not included in our room even after specifically told it was.The manager couldn't help us, she just shrugged.Awful service, I would have paid but since that awful woman embarrassed my wife and I for no reason infront of other guests, we left.No way to treat current or prospective future guests. Will not return or recommend.

Well kept, clean and welcoming hotel. Free parking. Free WiFi. On-site restaurant called the Koi Lounge. Inside Koi pond. Complimentary breakfast not included …Not the most quietest—could hear people in the next room conversations, hallway conversations, next door opening and closing room doors heavily, at one point thought someone was trying to open our door that’s how profound the noises were ?. Overall I would stay again if and when in the area.

Many many stats at many properties within IHG and other chains in my 17 years of traveling for work. This was a standout. Bit skeptical upon arrival (kind of a strange location I thought initially, but across the street from my work appointments). Beautiful on the inside. Every employee I encountered was awesome. Wednesday night bonus of a glass of wine and appetizers. Room was large and clean. Ample parking. Overall awesome place. I hope I get the opportunity to return

A few minor issues, nothing major. Left unchecked could lead folks to believe it being a maintenance issue. I understand, if some one doesn't bring it up, that's why things get missed for so long. Room 224 shower head is corroded bad, doesn't allow to keep water in the shower without doors. The sink faucet leaks from under the base. Furniture is a bit beat up purely cosmetic. The carpet in the room is stained. Maybe a bi annual steam cleaning could prolong the life and outdoors.Weekend morning breakfast crew (wait staff short brown haired young woman) they are a bit distant for being in the industry. Very little contact and slightly off putting with communication. Most of the others were really great. But weekend morning on phones and grouped up front just talking. The place is clean, just very distant service.On the good, though, I would feel like total pooh if it was all issues. The cleaning crew is great. I don't mind the weekend events that happen here. It gives opportunities to meet new people. Light atmosphere. Great front desk team, very helpful, friendly, and attentive. The grounds are clean and nice to relax in even with the roads close. The traffic is really light in the area. No thru traffic, road dead ends past the hotel.I will be traveling back and forth into this hotel for the rest of the year, I will update if some of these things improve.

We are loving our stay in the Crowne Plaza. Rooms are modern and clean. Complimentary electrical car charge is a plus. Breakfast buffet for 18$ is pretty good. A special bravo for the great service provided by reception. Tìa helped us promptly and kindly. We appreciated her professionalism very much!
