Vespa Panini - Sudbury

During our mini holiday in Sudbury, we ordered takeout from Vespa and absolutely loved our meal. The burger was delicious, the fries were some of the best we've ever had, and our son really enjoyed his chicken parmesan sandwich. We can't wait to order from here again!

A SkipTheDishes driver picked up pizzas from this restaurant and was yelled at by a staff member about the size of his delivery bag. It is not the restaurant's place to dictate the size of the driver's bag, as they purchase them from SkipTheDishes. I called to speak with the manager to inquire about the incident, but she was disrespectful and raised her voice, not allowing me to speak. The owner then called me and continued to be confrontational about the situation. I tried to explain that the confrontation was unnecessary, but he continued to berate me. The entire interaction was unprofessional and uncalled for, especially on a holiday. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant, and no one should be treated that way, especially someone just trying to do their job.

The owner, who I believe was the owner, exuded a beautiful energy. He is clearly proud of this restaurant and he should be.

Fantastic quality food with fresh ingredients. The Service was also great. Really nothing else to add other than I highly recommend.
