Papa Johns Pizza - Sudbury

Order from the dishes. Came fast and hot and tasted sooo good!! At the first attempt with Papa-Johns I was not disappointed and my children loved the pizza and bread sticks. (I have EXTREMELY fussy eaters) Will be ordered again!

Customer service is terrible! They went to the wrong address and then blamed us! We were sitting by the door and there was not one knock. We even verified our address on the phone and they just kept saying well we were there and clearly they were not. I am not impressed what so ever. I was discussing the issue with the manager and he proceeded to say what about that huh . I will NEVER even attempt to order pizza from here again. Absolutely ridiculous!

I recently purchased a large pizza, and the chicken on it was spoiled. When I called the restaurant to report this issue, they dismissed my concerns without even considering the possibility that it was true. The service was extremely disappointing.
