Mcdonald's - Sudbury

?I was traveling from different planets and landed on earth and decided to try this McDonald's, and I have to tell you. It's the best food in the universe. Especially in this location, and staff are very nice and the food is always super freshVegetarian options: Incredible vegetarian options All of it is delicious

This location has very friendly employees each time I go. They're usually very good with my son as well, especially one who went above one time for a Donkey Kong Happy Meal toy for him.

Screwed up a very simple order then tried to blame us. Made us pull ahead to wait for replacement food instead of just giving it to us at the window. Terrible service.And to top it off, in an attempt to get 5 star reviews to boost their terrible rating, they have a sign on the drive through window bribing people with free food to leave a 5 star review.

I would love for once to be able to buy food from this location without having to double check the meal before leaving. I made the mistake of ordering a chicken blt asking for no butter and no mayo. I received the food and left (did not double check) proceed to eat the food once I got to work. Missing bacon on both the sandwiches, at least there was no mayo and no butter.Warning to everyone that eats there double check your order every time.

Stay in Sudbury on and off since last year and went this place every morning to grab daily coffee and sandwich. I can feel the service is drastically go down since most employees were replaced , 90% off the time no one greeting us to take order when we pull in the drive through kiosk, we have wait for a while and start calling then there's someone answering. No this place were never busy there's only one or two or three cars line up at most of time.
