Kfc - Sudbury

We waited in line to order for 40 minutes, but an hour and a half later we still hadn't received anything. We tried calling the restaurant five times but got no answer. Finally, when they did show up, we were so unimpressed that we canceled our order. We will never be ordering from there ever again. I wish I had just gone to Mary Brown's instead, even if it meant spending a little extra money.

I had a terrible experience at the restaurant tonight with my friends. The two employees kept speaking in their local language and laughing, making us feel excluded. It seemed like they were hired without considering their understanding of customer service. They made comments whenever we asked about the seasoning on our food. We arrived at 9:30 PM and thought they closed at 10, but they started turning off the lights before 10 and rushed us to leave. One of the staff members was even eating while working. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

It had been a very long time since we had last been to this KFC, but since they had just renovated, we decided to try it again. Just to set the record straight, the last time we visited, our pieces of chicken had large white...feathers still attached but cover with the coating if secret spices. We didn 't even get an apology when we took it back, nor did we get any satisfaction from the regional manager, but that 's another story. Anyhow, to last night ' saga....ordered two chicken sandwiches, with fries and drinks....after paying we were given the two drink containers for the self-serve soda fountain. We just about to head over when the guy ahead of me called out to say that the iced tea was not working. I headed over and tried the Pepsi and could tell that there was very little syrup in the mix, so tried the Mountain Dew....tasted it to find that it was just soda water, and the Orange drink had an out of order sign on it. So, there we were....no cola, no dew, no iced tea and no orange. A staffer came from behind the counter and confirmed that all those syrup containers were empty and then another staffer appeared and said that it would all be fixed within a few minutes....however, both my order and the ice tea guys order was not getting cold on the counter while they ran around trying to sort out the mess. Reluctantly, the agreed to give us bottled drinks instead. Now to the food....by the time we got home (not far away), the fries were soggy and cold. The sandwiches were shrivelled nd looking a little sad, and we had a difficult time finding the very, very small piece of battered chicken. The sandwich was more sauce than meat. A disgusting amount of sauce, in fact. This place is horrible...avoid at all costs!

Felt like having a KFC dinner inside the new building , ordered the four piece dinner with a side gravy, sat at a new comfortable table , opened my dinner to the smallest pieces of chicken imaginable, went to counter to ask for a fork...and knife to eat, was told they had run out of forks and knifes , asked for a spoon the lady said same thing run out several hours ago, couldn 't understand how someone could eat fries with gravy , lady actually thought it was funny There were enough people working at 545pm dinner rush as well as a delivery driver seated that could have run out to the local grocery store an pickup some utensils for their customers. there was approx 7 people in line waiting for meals an some couldn 't believe they had no forks as well, making jokes , then were told they had run out of ketchup, one lady stated geez that 's great my son won 't eat his fries with no ketchup. There were no apologizes from staff just smirks after customers paid . They should close this restaurants dining area as obviously the ran out of everything at the supper hour including chicken . won 't return !!

Never been to KFC before . Got pestered by a number impatient staff to take my order. It was not as if they were really busy , On getting meals home the chips were cold soggy . I wont be returning
