East Side Mario's - Sudbury

The salate had rubbed in it as if there were dirt in it. a couple of hours after dinner I had the runs and my 6 year old daughter was sick in her liking and her **** hurt the rest of the night. bad end for daddy. dead date night. Maybe the last time we ever go.

I ordered a simple salad and went to the time to be ready about 30 minutes after the order. I sat on the parking lot and received many texts that my order would be finished in a short distance. After sitting in the abholzone of the bordes for 15 minutes, I went inside to ask. I sat in 15 minutes after complaining to a manager and finally got my order without apologies for waiting. an hour for an salate? unacceptable and even worse the salate was terrible. wilted brown salate, rotten tomaten and barely swirling, paprika and oliven. what a waste.

The restaurant experience was extremely disappointing. Despite there being many empty tables, I waited for 20 minutes before deciding to sit at the bar, which turned out to be a bad idea. It took about 10 minutes to receive a soda that I ordered and the bartender seemed unorganized. I asked her to clean the bar, which she did, but I ended up sitting too close to the condiments because there was no other available space. The lady next to me accidentally spilled beer on me. The salad I ordered turned out to be completely wrong, and when I inquired about it, the server seemed confused. The dessert was also a letdown. Overall, the service was disorganized and unsanitary.

Well how do you start a review that was a a Total Failure and/or what a JOKE of a eatery in Sudbury Ontario. We went into now the only location in Sudbury to have a lunch. We wete seated which was the best part. The...server came and asked about a drink. We ordered each a pop. Took 10 minutes . Before i dedcribe more, she had two tables including us. Menu was quick. Ordet went in. So easy. Soup n Salad. 10 minutes later 1 of 2 salads came without any dressing. So 5 mi utes later she came back to ask if we wanted cheese. I asked for the missing dressing. She did a small roll of her eyes. ....OK...5 minutes later tbe salad dredding came. So i asked of any chance i can have my soup. Ok again. 15 minutes later i had to call her over. I asked politely again for my soup. Now she xame over maybe 5 to 7 minutes later. I asked where my soup was. ... This is what she said... Ummm well there is a lld lady making salads and she is soooo slow. I daid well its not hard to scoop some soup if she needs help. So 10 munutes she came back. I asked for the bill. Advised now 1 hour later we need to leave and i will not pay gor my ordreed meal but i will lay for the other meal. She said ill get a manager to fix it right awsy. Well 15 minutes later we stood up. No bill no dommunication from her. I said im leaving as i presume our lunch us free. Her redponse. Ummmm i dont know. I said goodbye and good luck. So sad this place is poirly managed and served.

The service and food were amazing tonight. I always recommend having a great experience at this restaurant.
