Domino's Pizza - Sudbury

I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, but it hardly had any buffalo sauce on it. When I called the store, the person who answered said he would send 4-5 packets of buffalo sauce. I understand that they may be busy, but if you mess up an order, you should offer a refund! Instead, all I got was a promise of extra sauce. I'm completely disappointed and won’t be ordering from this store again.

We received our pizza promptly, which was great. We enjoyed most of it, about 7/8ths, as it tasted delicious. However, the last piece had a piece of clear plastic baked into the cheese, which was definitely not acceptable. I called the restaurant to report the issue, and the staff member simply apologized and offered to send another pizza. When I requested a refund instead, as I no longer wanted to eat there, he mentioned he would send someone to check the pizza for the plastic to verify the claim. I agreed, but the driver never showed up. After asking for a refund three times, I finally received it, which is why I'm giving this review only 2 stars. My main concern was their lack of urgency regarding the plastic in the pizza. I won't be returning to this restaurant again.

I had the worst experience ever. I placed an order, but it was canceled without any reason or explanation. I will never order from Domino's again.

Unal was the most supportive manager that I?ve ever seen. He provided us with the best service I have ever been provided. When we were short on change he gave us a free water and earned a five star review.

The tastiest pizza I've ever had in New England, without a doubt. Not to mention the kindness I was treated in the store, very polite people. I loved it and will definitely order more!
