Absolutely appalling service, this evening we ordered 3 beef lasagnes, once we started to dish them up we discovered that they wasn’t beef lasagnes, they was spinach and ricotta lasagnes. My partner phoned to say the order was wrong and got told “we ran out of beef lasagnes so we sent you them instead” I’m lost for words at the cheek of it! Service: Delivery

Food was over 2 hours late and was cold when arrived :

I don't understand how they are still open, there food is disgusting and very poor quality often cold and late extremely late if not burnt it all tastes like plastic and items missing but they don't want to come back to give you your missing items because you would have to pay for another deliver . If you don't mind your milkshake tasting off mould then order from here I would never again.i wish I could give it 0 stars but it has no option too. Have a nice day.

Good food but have to say delivery is poor. Ordered via just eat and was told 5:45 delivery. Still waiting at 6:20.

Sad to say this as the food has always been superb but hugely disappointing service. Ordered a jacket potato with coleslaw (along with food for the rest of my household that was delivered fine) and just had delivered a tub of coleslaw. The system their end just says coleslaw. I get this so agreed to wait for the rest to be delivered. Over 40 minutes later (everyone else had finished their food) a delivery driver called and started getting aggravated as he wanted to know my address. I told him and he said ‘but the postcode doesn’t work’ in a raised tone. I told him that I had just had an order delivered and maybe he could speak to them as I didn’t know where he was to direct him. He then started almost shouting at me telling me that he doesn’t know where to go. He then hung up. I phoned the restaurant to cancel the order and was asked to wait until the manager was free (the other staff there are lovely by the way). He came on and said ‘Yes’. I asked if I had to explain again and he said (not verbatim but pretty accurate) ‘this is the manager what’s the problem’. I said okay so I have to explain again and he replied in a raised tone ‘this is the manager so you tell me what’s wrong’. I asked if anyone else wanted to be rude to me today and he just said the same thing again. I cancelled the order. I even told them they could keep the money. I stuck a microwave meal in and about 5 minutes after it was done their delivery driver knocked at my door with the order I had cancelled. Really disappointed. Great food (really great food) but I’ve witnessed a side to the service that has stung me.
