We go to Kelsey’s occasionally and normally it’s a decent experience. This will be the second time we had a waitress who’s uniform was absolutely filthy dirty, the front of her shirt wasn’t even the same colour as the rest of her shirt, her jeans had sauce on the sides of them and her shoes looked like they were going to fall apart. This is the second time she was our waitress and both times her uniform was dirty. The first time we just assumed it was a rough day but twice in a row isn’t a coincident. You would assume a restaurant like this would have some sort of uniform policy and wouldn’t allow a waitress to serve customers looking like she hasn’t washed her shirt ever. The service was okay, the food was great but the dirty uniform kind of ruined everything. We are going to take a break from Kelsey’s until we know clean uniforms aren’t optional for waitresses.

Steaks were cooked to perfection. 3 of us at the table, we had basically the same thing(sides not the same). Service was spot onPleasant atmosphere. My 10 year old son and I love this place! We are treated like family and appreciate that our name is never forgotten. We enjoy the food and the efforts to ensuring it’s always quality.
