As always fantastic food we both had different types of Tartar AMAZING! and two different kind of Steaks which were juicy, aromatic and delicious! The cocktails were also great and obviously also the service! We will visit again!
This was our second visit and it was again amazing! The restaurant itself is very beautiful and cozy. Great selection and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
For me the best steak throughout Stuttgart. My absolute favorites are the cattle Tartar Oriental as an appetizer, steak in surfer style (with Black Tiger Shrimps) and truffled rosemary as a supplement. The service is also very friendly and accommodating. The meat shop is a beautiful location in the middle of Stuttgart, where you can spend a great evening!
It should be a special restaurant visit for Christmas - unfortunately the biggest disappointment about the service and quality of the food. Greeting from the kitchen was a promising bread (it was already very black and dry) plus normal unsalted butter. The bread was not edible. In addition, we would have had no time for bread since the 1st. Gang was operated immediately without time interval. As a first step we ordered bread salad, which unfortunately only tasted moderately. We had expressly ordered wine for the second course. While we were still at the first stage, we were already asked to taste the wine. We made it clear that we still chew and ordered the wine to the second stage. That was ignored and yet gifted. The second gear came so fast. We had 2bricks avocado Tatar, 2bricks beef tar Mediterranean and the appetizers selection from pasture bark. The bread to the Tatar does not differ significantly from the greeting from the kitchen (strongly roasted) Short to the Tatar: we have never eaten so badly. The avocado Tatar was very olive and hardly tastes the avocado. The beef tar was without taste and simply a large raw meat mass. Really disappointing. The starter selection of the pasture bark was ok- the Tatar on him as tasteless as the Tatar of my husband. While we ate, was not
The store has something, but not what it should have. When we were gone, I hoped a lot. It wasn't like that. The design of the place is very beautiful. The Dry Aged cabinet with the glass pane is super made. But: The meat we ordered was the most expensive T bone where I've ever eaten, but not the best. Tastefully it was somehow faded and it was grilled to black. It was already burned. I definitely introduced it differently.
