Contribuiți la feedbackIf you serve Spaghetti Carbonara the German way with cream it should at least have bacon in it as mentioned on the menu. The pesto sauce is here simply olive oil wit cut basilica leaves in it. All this served without Parmesan. This restaurant has lists its roots ! The 2 points go to the waitress who was kind and smiling.
I visited here during a business trip. I had walked past on several occasions during the evening and it was always busy, so on about our third day we decided to try it. The first thing we noticed was a lot of the tables were reserved (which would align with it being busy every evening!), the majority of people seemed to be locals, which is always a good sign! After overcoming the language barrier (our server had limited english) we were given a menu (entirely in German) a quick google and using our limited German we ordered two pizzas and a couple of beers! The beer turned up quickly and cold and the pizzas arrived in a relatively short time frame. Both pizzas were hot, and so so nice! The food was incredibly hot and tasty and went down well with a beer, it was also reasonably priced (it worked out at around £22 for two beers and two pizzas.
It gets packed at eight. There are not a lot of tables. The menu is good with pizza and pasta as well as wine. Desert was not that awesome. Price was about average. Service was very fast. Staff was nice.
Ate here 11 DEC 15 for farewell dinner with friends. Good selection of Italian foods and wines to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful..Our group ordered Calzone and pizzas. All were served fresh from the oven and delicious. The house Montepulciano was reasonably priced and went great with all our dishes. Check their web site for open times.
Superlecker! I got pizza here for the first time and she saved us in the evening. The Tiramisu in the shop window looked down. We're coming back!
