Our experience in this place was terrible. Bad food, small buffet and drinks and bread were more than exensive. Do not go here!
Chicken was perfectly cooked and the smell from the rice was amazing. Very good meal
Food ok Service bad and arrogance to guests We had been in a group and the way the people over there spoke was arrogant and no politeness in their words .would suggest them to learn how to speak to the customers .and also smile and serve .
Despite the comparitively large population of Indians in and arround Stuttgart region. The Indian restaurants don't seem to match up to the demand. Indian palace may match the demand but definitely not the taste. As with most of the Indian restaurants in Germany, the true spice of the cuisine is absent to compromise for the taste palette. I had tried the mittag buffet, despite the 7.9 euros price tag, there was very less variety. It consisted of a soup, basmati rice, two vegetarian curries dal , one chicken curry, salad, pappads and mango pickle. The flavour of the dishes were good. But the lack of options was a let down. The absence of curd rice was very disheartening, especially because there was nothing to complement the mango pickle. The ambience of the place was good, but the songs that were being played were from an era long long ago. More modern tunes will uplift the ambience. Located at a walkable distance to the Stuttgart stadt mitte s bahn station was an added plus. Although I didn't try the ala carte, a quick glance at the menu card suggested that the prices were on the high side and if they were to taste the same as the buffet, then in my opinion, it isn't worth a shot.
