Feinkost Böhm Sushi-ya - Stuttgart

Fresh sushi. Not many options, but the sushi was still good.

This place is a little jewel. Each dish is prepared as you order it and everything is just as fresh. The menu offers an impressive selection à la carte, including some hard to find specialties such as unagi and coquilles Saint Jaques. You only do sushi, sashimi, maki and rolls so you can not order cooked dishes such as tempura or Udon for example. They serve the son of a ****. You have a few choices for their lunch menu, which are really cheap, 14€ and above, how hungry you are. There are wines and beers to choose, as well as the usual soft drinks. The restaurant is always packed so you can find a queue of customers who are patiently waiting to be seated, especially at lunchtime. You cannot reserve a table.

If you are able to sushi, fresh and carefully prepared, come here. The staff is also very attentive to your needs. They do not take reservations, and they are often busy so come early!

This is by far the best place for sushi in Stuttgart. The fish is fresh and amazing. The service is very attentive and kind. You can't reserve a table here, so bring some time when coming here in the evening.

There are only two places in Stuttgart that make high quality sushi. And this one is one of those two.
