B.t. 's Smokehouse - STURBRIDGE

One of reps favorite Smoked meat BBQ places attached to the side of a gas station. I had a wonderful pulled pork meal, with a side cole slaw. Rep had a huge piece of brisket with mac and cheese. We each had a lemonade. But they had no ice. And it was a stiffling HOT day and there is no ac in this place. It was also very busy even for 4:45pm and the line to order just grew to be too crowded and was uncomfortable to eat where we were sitting near the end of the room. The sauces seemed to be watered down. I prefer a sauce that sticks to the meat not dripping off.

I like corn bread....n brisket if yall can verify that's grass fed beef I'll dance

Huge portions, ribs gigantic and succulent, brisket also excellent. Ate outside on picnic tables with our dog, but the inside looked fun too.

We did an online order and picked it up just before closing. Make sure to check your food before leaving, they forgot our Dog Bites and we didn't find out til we got back to our hotel after they were closed. There's nothing we can do about it either since they don't open again til after we've gone back home. We got the Pig Trip platter with drumsticks, coleslaw, potato salad and cuke salad. All of which tasted amazing.

This is the best BBQ I've ever had. Their brisket can be cut with a plastic fork... mouth watering. Make sure if you come here you try the Mac and cheese and a piece of fried chicken. I drive an hour from CT to come get this delicious BBQ.
