Stuart's Point Tavern - STUARTS POINT

Weekend lunch. Looked a bit dark from the outside but inside was nice with a friendly atmosphere. You order from a space behind the bar. A good choice but nothing startling although it covered all bases. Fish, burgers, meat dishes, some vegetarian options. Boringly we both has=d the same, grilled barramundi with salad and chips. Well the food was lovely and the portions were very good. Salad fresh and clean tasting. Back in Coffs Harbour we commented the price would be double and the size halved!The place was very clean, there was no pub smell and there was even a kids playarea. Very pleased, the looks belied the inside. Great country food in the country.

A lovely surprise when not too much to choose from in Stuarts Point. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the meal was a lovely surprise $10 specials which were well cooked and well presented

Called in with my partner for dinner. The steak, pepper sauce ,chips and salad was delicious. Salt and pepper squid also delicious. Not to mention the price,very reasonable.

Suggest you reduce menu to half a dozen items that you can do really well instead of a whole mess of confusing choices of poor and disappointing quality

The meal provided generous serves in quiet surroundings. Convenient location for where we were staying.
