Put succinctly, though service was unbelievably bad (apart from a kind waitress), the food was even worse.

Waited over an hour, after staff said a 20 minute wait for take away. Massaman Curry was horrible.! Spent over $70 - first and last time.!

I went to dinner here with my mum and it was a great evening. The service was impeccable, the food delicious and most importantly for me it wasn't freezing from the aircon. I'd visit again.

It has been awhile since I have been to the Bamboo Lounge and I forgot what a little treasure this place is. We had the lemon and pepper squid with mustard aioli, choo chee prawn curry, coconut rice, dumplings and fried ice cream. Similar to our previous visits, each dish was superb. When combined with a comfortable atmosphere and good service, it made for a great evening.

I have been to the Bamboo Lounge a few times now and certainly recommend it. The South East Asian/ Thai food is well prepared and delicious, and the service is fantastic, the staff are so friendly and really welcome you on arrival.... it has a lovely peaceful atmosphere, there is a walkway outside that leads to the marina, a great spot for taking pictures of your visit...
