This is the best sushi/Ramen place in Stroudsburg… Amazing food, Quick service, and very clean environment. I am so sad this building is no longer here, I pray you guys can reopen at a new location. I can guarantee my man I will be there ?

I'm a local and I will say this place has the best Ramen I've tasted out of all the ramen shops I've been to, food it's always hot and robust, love the Tonkatsu and Seporo Ramen. One bowel of Ramen is all I need since they give you a lot and it's great, the eggs are delicious (and are supposed to be prepared like that btw) the Naruto's(fish) is great as well and so is the beef cuts, corn and seaweed. The broth is also very nicely seasoned and hearty and doesnt taste like plain water, just overall a good meal! The service here is great and always has been each time I come in, they genuinely care about their customers and the food always comes in fresh and hot. Definitely recommend having their desert as well, the mochi is delicious! I think the only thing I wish changed was music since its just playing popular song covers, I think ambient music would work or other songs, but I don't mind it either way. I hope to come back here when they open again and hope they can recover. I will miss their food. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to the side of this restaurant that allows people who are wheelchair bound or on crutches, the ability to get to the side door.

Best Ramen spot in the Poconos, Sushi also excellent. Staff always friendly, clean establishment.

Their tonkotsu ramen is the best I've had outside of Japan. 10/10. Try it with black garlic oil!
