I love Subway and this was the 1st time visiting this one. The young man working today was the best given the circumstances of being the only person working. He worked his hardest to get the orders done.
Staff had earbuds in the first time I came. Second time they didn't even warm up the bacon, and when took the sandwich out the wrapper all the lettuce n other veggies fell out
This used to be my favorite Subway spot. The last two times I went in. The staff have been very uneasy to talk to. They hardly put anything on the bread I had to ask if they could add more to cover the ends of the sandwich. They were opening the meat up to put a thin layer and then spacing out the cheese. I paid extra for everything I ask them to put more of on the sandwich just to give it some substance. There were 3 staff members on and they all had earbuds in their ears and kept asking customers to repeat themselves. Maybe if they didn’t have earbuds in, it wouldn’t block their hearing. The one female with short red hair was making a sandwich and answered a personal phone call from her watch to her earbuds. This is the most unprofessional group of employees I have ever dealt with at this location. They need retraining in professionalism and customer service. I will no longer be going to this location.
I called and ordered sandwiches and when I arrived to get them had to wait an additional 15min until other people ordered there sandwiches. The owner was there and saw I was waiting and should have easily checked me out since my order was already done!!! Bad customer service! This would not be the first time this spot has been an issue for me. I think I will take my business else where from now on!
