Panera Bread - STROUDSBURG

Be sure to check out Panera! It's definitely worth sampling a half sandwich or even treating yourself to a cookie. The staff is consistently friendly, and the food is always top-notch.

During my trip to the Poconos, I decided to visit Panera. I'm typically dining in New York City, where I've been to several locations and have always had wonderful experiences. My favorite orders are the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich and the Margherita Pizza without sauce.

If I could give this restaurant a negative rating, I definitely would. I won’t be returning, although I hope other locations are managed better. I'm truly disappointed, as I used to enjoy dining here. Where do I even begin? Several kiosks were out of order, there was a noticeable lack of staff at the counter, and they kept running out of various menu items. Today's experience was the worst I've ever had at this location. They didn't have any salads available—seriously, who is in charge here? The restaurant was also dirty and severely understaffed, yet the prices keep increasing. Overall, this establishment is well below average! Goodbye, Panera; I won't be back. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money by steering clear of this location!

The kiosks are frequently malfunctioning or unavailable, and this has been a persistent problem for several weeks. The photos I've taken illustrate that the middle kiosk is entirely missing, the first one doesn't respond at all, and the third one leads me to the payment screen but then informs me that there has been an error. I strongly encourage you to invest in repairing the kiosks, as these ongoing issues are likely pushing customers away. I will update this review once I see improvements in your self-service options, which are currently quite frustrating and disappointing.

I really enjoy the food here, but I'm confused by the curbside service. No one ever comes out to deliver the food, so I think it would be better to just stick with the quick pick-up option in the café.
