Panera Bread - STROUDSBURG

Always forget about Panera. Don't forget! It's always worth a half sandwich or even a cookie! Staff here is always polite and everything was great food wise.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Never bothering with this place again, other locations may be better). It's a shame I used to love this place. Where should I start? The kiosk that are out of service, the lack of humans at the counter? Or thefact that they are constantly out of all kinds of stuff? Today was the epitome of my late experiences there. They had no saladsavailable on their menu... who runs this establishment? It's also dirty and understaffed and yet their prices continue toincrease. It is below mediocre!!!! So long Panera's never returning. Don't waste your time or money in this location!!!!!

Kiosks are frequently missing or inoperable a situation that is recurring over weeks. As you can see from pictures, the middle Kiosk is missing, the first kiosk is unresponsive, and the third for me all the way to payment screen to tell mesomething went wrong. Invest some money, fix the Kiosks, you are driving customers away! I?ll change this review once I seeimprovements to your self service which is currently frustrating and abysmal.

The food is good and I enjoy it but why have curbside as an option if no one ever comes out to deliver the food? Leave it at rapid pick up in Cafe only if you're going to do that.

I was visiting Poconos and decided to try panera. I usually eat in nyc but I have visited many different locations and all have been great options. I usually get Mediterranean veggies sandwich or margaritas pizza without sauce.
