Fu Lay Chinese - STROUDSBURG

Chinese food was delicious, but they should offer more drinks options for people who cannot have sugar

I visited this restaurant on a Tuesday when my usual spot was closed (they have a new policy of being closed on Tuesdays). I usually hesitate to try new Chinese places, but I'm really glad I took the plunge. The food was surprisingly good! They used less sodium than I'm used to, and it was a bit more affordable as well. Overall, the food was great and reasonably priced. I'm definitely planning to return!

Fu Lay may not have the most impressive appearance, but don't be deceived—it's likely the best Chinese restaurant in Stroudsburg. They stand out as the only Chinese eatery in the area that really delivers on the spice when you ask for it. Not a single meal I've had from them has ever let me down. Although the seating area is small, I typically opt for takeout. The portion sizes are comparable to other places, but the quality of their food is truly exceptional. My go-to dishes are the hot and sour soup, chicken with mixed vegetables in curry sauce, General Tso's chicken combo, and lo mein. Each of these meals is absolutely delicious and made to order. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

This is my favorite restaurant in the area! The food is beautifully seasoned and delicious. My orders are always consistent in quality. The staff is incredibly friendly. I also love that I can order online directly, which helps me avoid the inflated prices from third-party delivery services.
