Wendy's - Strongsville

I never received what I ordered. I made the mistake of not checking my bag before leaving the drive-thru. I was missing my fries, and instead of the Dave's Double I ordered, I got a single. This was the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. I couldn't even go into the restaurant because the doors were locked at 2:00. Very disappointing service overall. Rating: 1/5.

The dining experience consistently meets expectations and offers good value. The highlight is the drive-thru, which operates smoothly and efficiently. Food rating: 4/5.

Wendy's was the worst experience I've ever had. I won't be returning, and this place should really consider closing down. They didn't even deserve the one star I had to give them. When I tried to voice my concerns to the manager, they were rude and dismissive. I felt like I was in a run-down Wendy's in East Cleveland, which is the last thing I expected from a location in Strongsville. The customer service was incredibly disappointing.

Wish it was possible to give this store 0 stars. absolutely terrible. we order by doordash and our order is wrong every time.

Arrived at 11pm when they close at 12. There was a truck unloading next to the drive thru. I was then told she “can’t take no orders right now” and when i asked when they would be able to she said “i’m going to need you to move away from MY truck” (as a wendy's drive thru employee). I was not aware drive thru employees can close the store whenever they don’t feel like taking orders. Terrible attitude and not apologetic in the slightest.
