I never thought I'd be giving a SB a bad rating but this couldn't be avoided! This location inside Market District disappoints me every time! This was my last time though! My order is always screwed up because the staff seems to not know how to properly make drinks!! I'm over them! ?

I had a truly unpleasant experience at this café due to an exceptionally rude barista. The cup was packed to the brim with ice, leaving barely enough space for the actual coffee—just enough to fill a shot glass. When we requested less ice, she aggressively poured some out and made us a new drink that was completely different. The prices are steep, and nobody wants to pay for a cup full of ice! When we inquired if there was espresso in the drink, she rolled her eyes and curtly responded yes, but it felt like she was annoyed that we even asked. The look she gave us was incredibly dirty. I've never experienced such poor service at a Starbucks before—it was truly disappointing.

The baristas were a bit unfriendly during my visit today. I requested extra caramel on my frappuccino twice, but they insisted I didn't make that request. They became quite upset when I asked to have the extra caramel added. To top it off, my drinks ended up being really watery.
