Starbucks - Strongsville

Went in to pickup our mobile order. Inside nice, though my husband indicated the men’s room could have been cleaner.My son ordered one of his go-to’s, an Iced Matcha Tea Latte with Oat Milk. He said that it was less than good. We were traveling so opted to not return to the location to have it remade. I ordered a Chestnut Praline Latte with Oat Milk. It wasn’t bad.

I know this Starbucks is really busy location but they are soooo slow

Tarah was amazing!!!! Store looked very busy for a Saturday afternoon but she had everything moving smooth and was very kinda and friendly at the drive through!!! 10 plus stars if I could!!

I recently started coming to this location due to rude staff at my other local Starbucks and I never had a bad experience until today. The lady that took our order in the drive thru was very rude, had a very nasty tone and immediately tried rushing us before I was even done with the order, which by the way was only 2 drinks. As soon as we get to the window (it was the same lady who took our order), she mentioned the price and I had nicely asked while giving her my phone to scan and pay if that was including the the bogo, she rudely said “no”. Never told me the price after the bogo special was applied (if it was applied) handed me my drinks and never said another word. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but I know she had a septum piercing and dark hair. People like this have NO business working in this industry. Even on bad days, they’re suppose to keep a professional face.

The managers Lily and Hallie (holly? are AMAZING! They are always so kind and cheerful, they make my drink perfect every time and make me feel comfortable asking for my drink to be remade if it was wrong at first. I always feel like a dirtbag if I ever have to “complain” but both Lily and Hallie assure me that I’m absolutely not a problem and that if I pay for my drink it should be made correctly. Please treat these ladies like gems, as they are a HUGE asset to this store. I did not know they were managers until today, without them there would be very little happy faces working. They are just amazing and go way above and beyond expectations for ALL of their guests!!
