Sarku Japan - Strongsville

Tried this place for the first time, and it will be the last! Not only was it not as good as they charge, but I also had food poisoning from this place! Would NOT recommend!

Too expensive. Charged extra $4 to make it half noodle and rice. Paid over $14 dollars for the teriyaki chicken.

Just went, didn?t get any veggies that I paid for since I got a teriyaki combo, and one of the cooks literally stuck his finger in his mouth to get something out his teeth right in front of me and did not wash his hands. He was cooking the veggies so I?mactually glad I didn?t get any. Disgusting

A go-to place to pick up delicious, easy, inexpensive meal. Staff is nice and friendly. Food is ready quickly. The best of mall dining court food.

They always have amazingly delicious food every time I visit, and it's been the same for years. The only time I don't eat here when I come to the mall is when I'm craving a pizza from Sbarro instead. I would definitely recommend coming here if you're intoflavorful American style Asian food.
