Jimmy John's - Strongsville

This is the last time that I will order from this location in strongsville oh. I don't ask for a lot, but every time I order from this place they don't send what I ask. How hard is it to add serviettes and Mayo packages to an order before it pulls out the door? So I called and talked to the mgr. I think her name was cheryl. I explained what happened and she was very defensiw told me, hey, hey, hey, were short workers, it's really busy and looks like she doesn't get her serviettes or mayo. What am I supposed to do? I told her that this was a delay to deliver, and there should be no excuses why they're getting a job right. She got pretty uncomfortable, I really would say that. Really? how about filling the order correctly. do not take a rocket scientist to take over the flippin order. and if they have rocket scientists there, they may be wise to work there. I am am amazed when mgr are called and they are out of their mouth. I'd like to know who's checking them before they let the business go? $12 to pay for something should come with a thank you. looks like penn station or jersey mikes my best bet. that happened to my last command. lesbians. hey jimmy john 's. stop being freaky almost and get it just freaking right.

I like the sandwiches, but today the blue hair girl on the window gave me a big setting when I told her that this was not the sandwich I wanted. I never felt so uncomfortable when I didn't confront the employment of a person. I just waited for my order to be corrected and left in such a bad mood. ?

Fast. Fresh sandwiches on soft wheat bread. Beach club is delicious with turkey and avocado. They don't sell extra wheat bread which is a shame.
