Godiva Chocolatier - Strongsville

The chocolate here is the absolute best and the staff is so beautiful! They were really polite, even if the woman who came in before me started screaming about not getting the words you welcome when she said thank you.... I will definitely return, but I hope most customers are more beautiful.

I had better chocolates, but some of their truffles are as good as their shell truffles. Your Chocolate Dipped Macaroons are amazing. Sign up for reward club. It's free!

The sales person who helped me was very friendly and professional. I went in there to buy ONE THING and came out with five things! Very clean and neat in its decor and appearance, the store is a very nice place. I'll definitely be back there soon!

It wasn't with a Godiva. I heard how delicious the chocolate was, but didn't know they had ice cream. Wow, dark chocolate swirled with vanilla. The waffle cone was dipped with chocolate and crowned with almond crunch. The bottom of the cone was filled with chocolate. For 6.00 a cone it was worth it!

Joshua and his staff are HANDS DOWN the most professional and helpful staff I treated in chocolate shops. I was in a couple of times in the last few weeks and they are ALWAYS nice, friendly and as I said, professional! They helped me find something, even if they were out of what I had originally been under control because of circumstances, as I understand. I will definitely buy them again in the future!!
