Culver’s - Strongsville

Food was a little over cooked for my liking at this location. Drive through cashier took the extra time to walk me through my dinner side options with care, that really set the mood after a long 10hr day. I was so appreciative of her patience. Not a fan of pull up and wait drive-through, you just kinda have to expect it with this chain restaurant. The nice part about it, you get your food fresh and hot. Not sure how busy this location gets during peak times, my visit was off peak hours and wait time was reasonable. I would try them again in the future. Nice building, clean looking property, nice friendly staff. Would recommend giving them a try.

I went throught the drive-thru but my wait was not long and the worker who brought my food out looked very presentable. I will definatly be back for more real soon!!

Their Custard is delicious! It's my partners favorite. They also gave my dog a free pup cup so any place willing to do that gets 5 stars. Just warning, the the line and wait can be long, the food has always been worth it. ?

We enjoy Culver's everywhere. This place in Ohio is also delicious.And She with short hair was very kind.

I don't usually have a problem with this location but today my order has a big quality control issue. The pickles on my single deluxe basket were quite a few and in a pile in the middle instead of spread out to enjoy in each bite. Along with this the tomato slice I got was white and had the steam practically on it. This end should never be served.
