Chipotle Mexican Grill - Strongsville

This restaurant is your typical Chipotle, but it consistently has more menu items available than most locations. Unfortunately, the service in Middleburg Heights can be lacking, as several items run out regularly. As for the food, I’d rate it a solid 5 out of 5.

The prices are reasonable, and I don’t mind the extra charges for additional protein and certain ingredients. However, it’s ridiculous to be charged extra for rice when they barely provide any to begin with. I was charged for an extra serving when the first two were barely even a full spoonful.

I understand that handling such a large order can be overwhelming, and having worked in the food industry myself, I can empathize with the stress it might cause. However, the manner in which they interacted with her was simply unacceptable. She returned feeling defeated, struggling to load all the food into her car without any assistance, even though it was clear she needed help. To make matters worse, they even forgot one item from the order.

Here good quality is not the same as any chipotle I had, so this review has all stars to begin. the attitude of these workers was very rude, so there is a lack of some stars. a friend and I came to the facility, had the whole crew (about 7 employees) looked at us, but then they ignore us. we were the only people standing in the snake, there were about 3-4 groups of people eating, they were not busy at all. we waited at least 5 minutes until we could start ordering. I know that doesn't sound very long, but there was literally no one left out with us. there was only one girl who carried out online orders (which I understand that the people have to do that then get to them, but that was not this situation), but all the others did nothing, but also not our order. the portion sizes are rather shameful and were slashed every time I came here, so that this is not something that this special crew did (only this specific location,) they were especially rude and unfriendly, except for the man in the register. he was a joy. overall I will never come back to this place again and recommend to them to do the same and go to another chipotle. unless they want to pay for wimpy portions and bad customer service.

Good food and service. Prices have increased lately. Uncomfortable furniture in the dining room and strange background music. The music gets strange enough to be distracting.Vegetarian options: You can definitely find vegetarian choices. There are salad greens, fajita vegetables two kinds of beans, sofritas (soy protein, sort of like tofu) and vegetarian salsa choices.Dietary restrictions: You have control over what goes in your burrito or bowl. While there are many vegetarian choices, nutritional information for anything in their offerings is available for the asking.
