Burger King - Strongsville

A few years ago, my girlfriend got sick after eating at Burger King, so we’ve avoided it since then. However, I had a sudden craving last night and decided to order from the Strongsville location. Unfortunately, within a few hours, I started feeling ill. I’ve eaten at several Burger King locations in the past without any issues, but this experience was different. Afterward, I asked my girlfriend if she remembered which Burger King made her sick, and it turned out to be… Strongsville. To make matters worse, I was also missing one of the burgers I ordered, but honestly, that might be a blessing in disguise. Now, more than 18 hours later, I’m still in and out of the bathroom. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

I'm not sure if it's incompetence, laziness, or just plain pettiness, but I was really disappointed. I ordered a 12-piece chicken fry with sweet and sour sauce and received an 8-piece order with buffalo sauce instead. When I went to grab my Hershey pie, I found a plastic butter knife in the bag instead of a fork. It honestly feels like this is happening on purpose—there's no way someone could be this slow!

One of the most cheerful fast food restaurants I've visited in a long time, especially in the morning. The food was freshly cooked and delicious.

I still am a big fan of BK. Love me a good whopper.

Ordered through a third party app for delivery. I was missing a whopper jr and my large onion rings order contained about 3 onion rings and a bunch of fries.
