Subway - St-Romuald

Good morning,I placed my order online and I had to wait 30 minutes, she served all the customers who arrived after me .. then I asked if she had checked my order well she answered me with a stupid look that I had to queue even though I had placed my order online and had placed my order after a customer who, had arrived after us, trying to come up with excuses and justifications, all without a single glance in the eyes so much that cap was lowered. Really disappointed with the service, for a new client in the region. Plus there was no bacon inside as advertised and paid for.

This place was nice. They had really great service even tho it was just young teens. The food was good and the portions was perfect. The only problem was it was a little bit long on the waiting line. But i can understand its a subway. It cant be as fast as a mcdonald.

I had to wait 20 mins outside in the morning at the counter because there was no employees ay the front and even while i was calling they saw me but just continued staying in the back like they didn’t see me or hear me very bad service . They put loud music too to make sure not to hear anyone .

I went here to buy a sandwich and a soft drink here, my sandwich and my diet Pepsi here are excellent, I also seen very friendly and respectful employees here, your dining area is very big with lots of seating, the price of my order is very affordable and it's very well situated in the heart of the mall surrounded by lots of store. Thanks for my visit !
