Bill's Burger - Strip District

Wow. I never had a server this bad! It was so bad that we had to wait 1/2 for drinks. It was so bad, the manager came by and we reordered our drinks. The manager then had to take our order.All this happened inside an empty restaurant. Next time I’m going Jimmy John’s. This place sucks!!

Bill's Bar and Burgers offers a delightful selection of juicy, flavorful burgers in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, accompanied by exceptional service. Highly recommended for burger enthusiasts!

Stopped in for a quick lunch bite! Had the Ranchero Chicken Quesadilla and watermelon margarita. In my opinion the quesadilla did not match the quality for the price it was listed. I received 4 tiny triangles and above all was very bland and unflavored. Although, I want to note the bartender on shift was very helpful and very attentive to all guest hence the extra star!! For one person, quesadilla, watermelon marg, a shot of espolón came out to $43 not including tip. This to me is a bit unsettling, but I also understand it’s a hotel restaurant. Overall, I believe there other menu items may be more enjoyable as they are a burger joint, but the quesadillas were not it.

It took 2 hours to get non-alcoholic drinks and then upon getting food we got zero refills and had to spend another hour waiting on a bill to pay. We asked the waitress for condiments and were given empty bottles of ketchup as well. This restaurant in Pittsburgh needs an update to their services and guest hospitality!
